Fraud

Fraud Alert!           Fraud Alert!           Fraud Alert!

There have been numerous reports that individuals are receiving phone calls from individuals posing as an IRS representative. The caller informs the person that they owe money to the IRS and if they do not pay over the phone immediately, an arrest warrant will be issued. If no one answers, a message is being left telling the person to contact them immediately.

There are also reports of calls from people claiming to be from the Social Security Administration. The caller claims that in order to receive an increase in monthly payments, verification is required. The information they ask for includes your social security number, where your bank is located, the day you get paid, the bank routing number and the account number.

These calls are fraudulent!!!

Never provide an account number, debit card number, social security number or any other personal or banking information in response to any unsolicited call, text or email.

If you think your FCB account may have been compromised as a result of either of these scams, please contact our Customer Service Department at 866-323-4322.
