Overdraft Allowance

Overdraft Allowance provides you peace of mind by authorizing FCB to pay overdraft checks, ACH items, and recurring debit card transactions up to $500. Click here to learn more about Overdraft Allowance and apply online.

Overdraft Protection

Overdraft protection provides peace of mind and flexibility when funds get tight. In the event you overdraw your checking account, funds automatically transfer from your savings to your checking in $50 increments. There is a $10 transfer charge each time this service is used, but it's significantly less than NSF or returned check fees. Stop by any location to sign up!

MoneyPass^® ATMs

Obviously as an FCB customer, you have free access to all FCB ATMs, but for those times when our ATMs aren’t convenient, your FCB Debit Card can be used at thousands of ATMs surcharge free. Just look for the blue and green MoneyPass logo or search for a MoneyPass ATM to find the ATM closest to you.

Pocket Change

With Pocket Change we will round up your purchase every time you use your FCB Debit Card and transfer the difference into another FCB account of your choice. You can even split your change to save for college, vacation, taxes, or a rainy day. Learn more here.

Reloadable Cards

Reloadable cards work just like a debit or credit card. There’s no monthly fee if you have at least one direct deposit per month and cards can be reloaded at any FCB Banks location. Plus you can’t spend more than you have on the card, so you’ll avoid pesky overdraft fees. Call any FCB Banks location to find out more!

Travel Notifications

FCB wants to make your next trip as hassle free as possible. Please notify us of travel plans prior to departure to ensure your debit card is not blocked by our fraud monitoring systems. Without notification we may block transactions that are outside of your normal spending habits. Find out how to notify us of your travel plans here.

Cashier’s Checks

FCB Banks cashier’s checks are a more secure form of payment than personal or business checks because the funds are guaranteed by the bank. Use when making a high dollar purchase, placing a security deposit on an apartment, or anytime you need guaranteed funds. Cashier’s checks are available at any FCB Banks location. Non-FCB Banks customers are limited to $1,000.

Check Cashing for Non-Customers

Non-FCB customers or FCB customers who wish to avoid a hold can cash checks drawn off other financial institutions at the following 15 locations (Belleville, Caseyville, Collinsville – Beltline, Collinsville – 157, Edwardsville, Florissant, Highland, Maryville, New Baden, O’Fallon, South County, Swansea, Trenton, Troy and West County) for just a small fee.

Stop by FCB Banks before your next international trip to exchange US dollars for foreign currency! We exchange the following currencies for FCB customers:

Other currencies may be available upon request. Once you return from your trip, don’t forget to exchange your leftover funds back into US dollars at the nearest FCB.

Money Orders

Use money orders to make payments you are unwilling or unable to make with cash or a personal check. Unlike personal checks, your account information is not printed on a money order, protecting you from potential identity theft. Funds are guaranteed by FCB Banks, which puts the receiver of the money order at ease. Money orders are available at any FCB Banks location. Non-FCB Banks customers are limited to $1,000.

Have bonds that are ready to be redeemed? We can help you with that! Just bring the bonds and a valid ID to any FCB Banks location.

License Sticker Sales

Save yourself time and hassle by renewing your Illinois license sticker while you bank! You can purchase license stickers at any FCB Banks location (excluding our South County and Florissant locations). A small fee applies.

Wire Transfers

A wire transfer is done when a customer needs to move funds from one institution immediately available at another financial institution. For example, a wire could be sent during a real estate closing to ensure the funds are in the seller’s account before the keys are in the buyer’s hand. There is no fee to receive a wire into your account at FCB, though fees do apply when domestic and international wires are sent from your account. To send a wire, stop by the nearest FCB Banks location.

If you’re a business owner who frequently sends wires, check out Business Direct, our Cash Management software, for a reduced service fee and access to wire transfers from your business.

Notary & Signature Guarantee Services

Bank and medallion signature guarantees provide assurance that a customer’s signature is genuine and place the liability for forgery with FCB Banks. Notary services are slightly different; notaries verify signers’ identities and bear witness to the signing of documents. The type of guarantee you need will depend on the type of document. Contact a location near you for more information.

Safe Deposit Boxes
