Important information regarding new accounts

The USA Patriot Act requires all financial institutions to help prevent the funding of terrorism, money laundering activities, fraud, and identity theft. Federal Law requires FCB Banks to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person or legal entity. When you open a new account or request a loan you may need to provide one or more forms of identification or answer questions about yourself to establish and confirm your identity.
